  • Velmi příjemná atmosféra, pozornost personálu, na recepci vždy laskavě a vstřícné dámy. V jídelně péče o stravniky výborná. Pokoje originálně vybavené, čisté, útulné. Toaletní prostor prostorný a čistý. Po rekonstrukci přízemí je prostor recepce a nového baru výrazně větší a otevřenější.

  • Výhrada platí výtahům, které mají otevřenou kabinku a stačí i nechtěný pohyb kolem bezpečnostní zóny a výtah se zastaví.

  • Skvělý personál, čistota.

  • Bohužel jsme měli proleželé matrace. Jedna dvě noci by ještě šli, ale spát na tom týden bychom nechtěli.

  • V době nočního klidu ze soboty na neděli byl v hotelu v čase kolem 04,30 hodin dost velký hluk v pokoji ( pokojích ) nad mým pokojem. Nevím jestli to je slyšet i v přízemí, ale nikdo to neřešil. Hosté ba se asi měli na dodržování klidu v tomto čase upozornit.
